Peanut Butter White Chocolate Bark
This dreamy peanut butter white chocolate bark checks off so many 'must haves' when I think about dessert: 1. Contains Peanut Butter 2. Contains Dark Chocolate 3. EASY 4. Pretty. This chocolate bark comes together quickly and easy. You will feel like an artist as you are swirling the chocolate and peanut butter around. I created this recipe for my Christmas baking but you could use the recipe for any time of the year. Simple switch out the sprinkles or you can leave them out completely. I would love to see your bark designs! Send me a picture of your bark.

Ingredients
- 1 package (170 g) Bakers White Chocolate
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter (not natural)
- ½ cup dark chocolate melted
- Sprinkles of your choice ( I used Sweetapolita’s Frosted sprinkle medley)
Directions
- Step 1
- Line a large baking sheet with wax paper. Measure out peanut butter and place it near the baking sheet.
- Step 2
- Melt white chocolate in a double boiler on the stove or use a microwavable dish. If you are using the microwave, turn on high for 30 seconds, remove and stir for 30 seconds. If chocolate has not melted completely, place back in the microwave for 20 seconds, remove and stir again until completely melted. Set aside.
- Step 3
- In a small bowl melt dark chocolate. Repeat the same process above until chocolate is completely melted.
- Step 4
- Pour and spread all the white chocolate on top of the wax paper. Make sure the white chocolate is spread evenly.
- Step 5
- Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter on different areas of the white chocolate.
- Step 6
- Using a knife, drag the knife through the peanut butter going in side to side motion without lifting the knife from the pan. THe peanut butter should be evenly dispersed through the white chocolate.
- Step 7
- Drop teaspoons of dark chocolate evenly over the chocolate. Use a toothpick and drag the dark chocolate using a back and forth swirl motion go through the white chocolate and peanut butter.
- Step 8
- Immediately sprinkle the sprinkles evenly over all the chocolate. You may need to gently press the larger sprinkles/balls into the chocolate.
- Step 9
- Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours. Remove from the fridge and gently use your hands to break chocolate bark into smaller pieces. Store in the fridge (1 month) or in a freezer safe container for up to 6 months.
