Peanut Butter Snack Balls
There is something about snacks that come in a ball. They are fun, portable and I feel like eating one is not acceptable! I love having peanut butter balls in the fridge and ready to go. Someone is always hungry around here and they are perfect for keeping in the fridge to just grab and go. Not only are they easy to grab for a snack but they fill you up too! A few things that you need to know: you need to work the mixture with your hands and really press with your fingers to make a ball. Use large flake oats and your choice of a crisp rice cereal. You can skip the chocolate chips but I honestly feel like they are necessary. Be sure to take a photo when you make these and tag me on instagram @pbonaspoon Happy rolling friends!
